If you want to reduce risk of being on the same IP address as a spammer you could pay for your own seperate
dedicated ip address.
I choose http://www.godaddy.com to buy my domains and I use different
hosting for most of my websites. You can leave them all hosted on godaddy for ease, but if you have a bigger or
more complicated website or looking for decent service, I would use Blue Host, they are one of the best hosting companies alongside ipage. Check here for other
recommendations. http://www.topwebhostingreviews.org/
When you are looking for hosting its important to look for customer reviews, try and look at how easy it is to
contact them, i.e bluehost have a chat area on the front of the site, for instant assistance, if you look on
godaddy, you have to go through automaticed questions, then you get an automated response 24 hours later. The other
problem with godaddy, is if you want an email address with every domain you buy, they make you pay for it per
domain per month.
Tip -If you are going to use bluehost, google for "bluehost discount code" you will find some links to get
you a discount.
Country specific
Try and host the website in the country you are targeting, I only do this when I am battling very highly
competitive search terms, but you should do it, because every little helps.
