Paypal offers fast online banking services for everyone.
Paypal is instant sign up, it takes minutes to start. You can send and receive payments, all you need to do is
send your email address to people with paypal accounts for them to be able to send you payments. There are limits
set by paypal, but you can lift them by verifying your account.
Its the biggest and most convenient online payment system with over 73 million active accounts according to
wilkipedia.

Before you sign up to paypal, you must recognise that its the popular choice by default, because it is well
established, I personally have had money stolen from them in frozen accounts and I also got money stolen and my
account closed when I collected for charity. You can read more paypal limitations on wilkipedia. My advice in regards to paypal, is use it, but always
withdraw your money and only use if for smaller amounts, only take payments for what you can afford to
loose. Even 2 days after you have withdraw your money, they can do a reversal. They can also take money
from your bank at any time to cover any refunds that they have decided to give.
I have been a long term seller, using paypal to accept payments, and in my experience, if the customer
starts a dispute to say that you haven't sent the goods, they will refund the buyer, even if you provide tracking
proof.
In short Paypal is not a bank, don't expect them to have to answer to anyone.
