Links and Page Rank.

I personally post links on as many relevant webpages as I can find, regardless of the page rank of that page, alot of people get wrapped up in page rank, especially their Toolbar page rank.

Of course a higher page rank is better, but you shouldnt get caught up in it all. Page ranks change, so you could be posting on a 0 page rank webpage, but it will change in the future.

You should make sure your pagerank flow isn't obstructed by internal nofollow links and don't do one page sales websites. I could go into page rank flow, but you can use google if you wish to know more.
