Converting your file names to lower case

I always try and make all my urls, html files, image and media files all lowercase. This is good practise and makes it look more clean. I've had server guys insist that I should do it also.

There isnt really an seo advantage, except sometimes you are looking for a page by typing it in, or sometimes I have renamed a file to lower case and the old unedited page is being served.
