Getting Google to index your website.

Make sure that your robots.txt is allowing all the bots in. Now we want you to get your sites indexed.

Add your link to www.digg.com

Add your link to Yahoo Answers

Add your link to some social networking sites  such as facebook and twitter.

Providing your website is decent, you should be indexed within hours, make sure your links are spread across the website and not just the home page.

To check and see how many pages are indexed, type in google

site:http://www.sitename.com i.e to Check how many pages are indexed on this website

Googles search results will show all the pages indexed and the time that you have them indexed. If you have followed all of my steps, you should have avoided the google sandbox. You can also check to see how many of your pages are indexed in google webmaster tools. (but they seem to update slower)
